Terms of Service

01The service

These terms apply to goranknest.online and the tools provided by Ranknest Services, Jaipur, India (“Ranknest”, “we”). This includes our review tool, which turns a customer’s own answers into editable review drafts, our business dashboard, and, where available, tools for a connected Google Business Profile such as profile health reports, review replies, posts and photo uploads.

By using our website or tools, you agree to these terms. If you use them for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.

02Accounts

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate business information and keep it up to date.
• Tell us straight away at anuj@goranknest.online if you think your account has been misused.

03Review rules (important)

Our review tool only creates drafts. The customer decides whether to edit and post a review, and the review they post is their own. Businesses using our tools must follow Google’s policies for reviews and all applicable laws. In particular, you must not:

• post reviews yourself, or ask staff, family, friends or anyone else to review your own business;
• offer money, discounts, gifts or any other reward in exchange for reviews;
• send only happy customers to Google while steering unhappy customers away (“review gating”);
• pressure customers to leave a review, or ask for reviews about experiences that did not happen;
• post fake, copied or misleading reviews, or use our tools to harm a competitor.

Google decides which reviews stay on its platform. We are not responsible if Google removes reviews or takes action against a profile because of how a business collected reviews. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

04Connecting your Google Business Profile

If you connect a Google Business Profile, you confirm you are an owner or manager of it. You allow us to read its information and to post replies, posts and photos only as you instruct, including through approval settings you choose. You must only upload photos you have the right to use and that truly show your business. You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account. Our use of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

05Fees and payment

Prices, billing period and what is included are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed in writing, fees are paid in advance and are not refundable for periods already started. We will give at least 15 days’ notice before changing your price.

06What we can and cannot promise

• Search rankings depend on Google and many things outside our control. We do not guarantee any ranking, number of reviews, calls or sales.
• AI drafts can contain mistakes. Customers and businesses should read and edit them before posting.
• We aim to keep our tools running at all times, but they may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of providers such as Google.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Our tools, designs, text and software belong to Ranknest. Your business content and photos remain yours; you allow us to use them only to provide our services to you.

07Ending the service

You can stop at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, especially section 03, or if fees are unpaid. After the service ends, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

08Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell business owners about significant changes by email.
