In plain words
- We collect only what is needed to run our website and review tools.
- We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
- Customers who use a review link do not need to give their name, email or phone number.
- If a business connects its Google Business Profile, we use that access only for the tasks the owner asks for, and the owner can disconnect at any time.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing anuj@goranknest.online.
01Who we are
This website, goranknest.online, and the tools on it are run by Ranknest Services (“Ranknest”, “we”, “us”), a Google Business Profile and local SEO agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
This policy covers three groups of people:
- Business owners who use our dashboard and tools (“Clients”).
- Customers of those businesses who open a review link or scan a review QR code.
- Visitors to our website, including people who fill in our audit or “Write for us” forms.
02What we collect

Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep business owners signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
03How we use it
- To run the review tool: turning a customer’s own answers into draft reviews they can edit and choose to post.
- To run the business dashboard, reports and profile tools for our Clients.
- To reply to audit requests and other messages sent through our forms.
- To keep the service working and secure, and to find and fix errors.
We do not sell personal data, rent it, or use it to show advertising. We do not use it to train our own or anyone else’s AI models.
04Google Business Profile data
A business owner can choose to connect their Google Business Profile to our tools by signing in with Google and approving access. When they do:
- We use this access only to do what the owner has asked for: showing profile health, drafting and posting replies to reviews, publishing posts and uploading photos the owner provides, and showing performance numbers.
- We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide these features.
- Access tokens are stored securely and used only by our servers.
- The owner can remove our access at any time from their Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing us. We then stop using the connection and delete the stored tokens.
Ranknest’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
06How long we keep it
- Business owner accounts and business settings: while the account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Review drafts and review-link records: up to 24 months, so owners can see their history, unless deletion is requested sooner.
- Form messages: up to 12 months.
- Google access tokens: until the owner disconnects or closes their account.
07Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you,
- correct it or delete it,
- withdraw your consent, for example by disconnecting a Google Business Profile.
Email anuj@goranknest.online and we will reply within 30 days. Our services are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 18.
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls so only authorised people can see business data, and trusted infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
